Ο θρίαμβος του Γιώργου Λάνθιμου-Χρυσή Σφαίρα Καλύτερης Ταινίας

Σε μια βραδιά που τα βραβεία μοιράστηκαν ανάμεσα σε Oppenheimer και Barbie, ο σπουδαιότερος Έλληνας σκηνοθέτης σήμερα, ο Γιώργος Λάνθιμος, κατακτά από τις μεγαλύτερες διακρίσεις σε παγκόσμιο επίπεδο για το ελληνικό σινεμά μέχρι σήμερα. Κερδίζει τη Χρυσή Σφαίρα Καλύτερης Ταινίας.  Μαζί του βραβεύεται για τον πρώτο γυναικείο ρόλο και η Έμα Στόουν έχοντας πλέον το Όσκαρ στο τσεπάκι της.

Η Στόουν στην ομιλία της αφού της απονεμήθηκε η Χρυσή Σφαίρα είπε ότι «θα είμαι για πάντα ευγνώμων» στον Γιώργο Λάνθιμο λέγοντας για την ταινία Poor Things μια ταινία ανάμεσα σε ένα άτομο και τον κόσμο.

Η ταινία του Κρίστοφερ Νόλαν κέρδισε πέντε μεγάλα βραβεία – ανάμεσα σε αυτά της Καλύτερης Ταινίας – Δράμα, Καλύτερης Σκηνοθεσίας, Α’ και Β’ Ανδρικού Ρόλου σε Δράμα και Μουσικής.

Η «Barbie» της Γκρέτα Γκέργουιγκ αρκέστηκε στο νεοσύστατο βραβείο της επιτυχίας στο box office και στο καλύτερο τραγούδι (για το What Was I Made For?), χάνοντας το μεγάλο βραβείο από το «Poor Things», με την ταινία του Γιώργου Λάνθιμου να κερδίζει την Καλύτερη Ταινία – Κωμωδία ή Μιούζικαλ και την Εμα Στόουν τον Α’ Γυναικείο Ρόλο σε Κωμωδία ή Μιούζικαλ.

Δύο βραβεία κέρδισαν και η «Ανατομία μιας Πτώσης» της Ζιστίν Τριέ – σεναρίου και ξενόγλωσσης ταινίας και τα «Παιδιά του Χειμώνα» του Αλεξάντερ Πέιν (Α’ Ανδρικό Ρόλο σε Κωμωδία ή Μιούζικαλ για τον Πολ Τζιαμάτι και Β’ Γυναικείο Ρόλο για την Λίλι Γκλάντστοουν).

Οι «Δολοφόνοι του Ανθισμένου Φεγγαριού» του Μάρτιν Σκορσέζε αρκέστηκαν στη Χρυσή Σφαίρα Α’ Γυναικείου Ρόλου σε Δράμα για την Λίλι Γκλάντστοουν.
